It offers an array of customisable modes, managed via a bespoke content management system, that can be tailored to the visitor experience. A multi-channel audio system provides the flexibility to utilise the different states of the wall, switching between immersive soundtracks, and more focused audible storytelling.

Components of the digital wall include 'The Live Wall', which pulls live data from around the world, connecting visitors to current, real-time content. The 'Story State' utilises multi-screen displays to convey core Dow messaging alongside Ambient States that provide playful interpretations of Dow products. The 'Heritage State' explores Dow innovations past and present, and the custom-built content management system, created in Unity, provides updateable digital platforms for now and the future.
